The standardized curcuminoids are what sold me, and the BioPerine makes a real difference—I actually feel the anti-inflammatory effect in my joints after a few weeks. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste.
I’ve been taking the capsules with the BioPerine included, hoping for better absorption, but after a few weeks I can’t say I notice much difference in my joint discomfort. The turmeric itself seems decent quality, but the pills are large and a bit tough to swallow. It does what it says on the label,
