Prosplex

Three weeks in and I’ve noticed my morning urinary flow feels more steady, and the Saw Palmetto plus Zinc combo is easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It’s a simple addition to my routine that gives me peace of mind about long-term prostate health.

Three months of taking these capsules with breakfast and I'm finally sleeping through the night without those urgent 3 a.m. trips. The Saw Palmetto and pumpkin seed combo seems to be doing its job, and the capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

Six weeks in and the nightly bathroom trips have definitely calmed down, which is the main reason I grabbed these. The Saw Palmetto and pumpkin seed combo is exactly what my doctor mentioned, so it feels good to be taking something with a solid basis.
