No more fishy burps after meals, which was my main worry with any omega-3. The enteric coating really does the job, and the 360 mg EPA per serving is a solid dose for my daily routine.
The 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA per serving is exactly the dose I was after, and the enteric coating means I can take it on an empty stomach without any discomfort. Only knock is the capsules are a bit larger than I'd like, but they go down fine with water.
