The timed-release coating really does the job—I’m not waking up at 3 a.m. anymore, which used to be my nightly routine. Ten milligrams is plenty for me, and I feel like the sleep carries me through till morning without that groggy drag.
Falling asleep isn't my problem—staying asleep is—so the 10mg time-release tablets have been a game changer for those 3 a.m. wake-ups. I still wake up once most nights, but it's much easier to roll over and drift back off. Only minor gripe is the tablets are a bit large to swallow.
