The fumarate form is easier on my stomach than the tartrate I used to take, which matters since I take it on an empty stomach before fasted cardio. It's been about six weeks and I notice my energy during workouts feels steadier, not jittery, and the fat-burning support is a nice bonus.
I’ve been taking this L-Carnitine Fumarate about 20 minutes before my morning workouts, and the energy shift during cardio is noticeable without any jittery feeling. It’s nice to know the fumarate form is supposed to be easier on the stomach than other types, and I haven’t had any issues with that.
