綠色鈣

The mix of magnesium, K2, and D3 in one pill is exactly what I was looking for, and I've noticed my legs don't cramp up as much after my morning runs. The tablets are easy to swallow and I appreciate that it covers all my bone support bases without needing three separate bottles.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and the combo of D3 plus K2 actually makes sense for how I want my calcium absorbed, not just dumped somewhere useless. The tablets are small enough that I don't dread swallowing them every morning with breakfast. My joints feel less creaky on my daily walk

The tablets dissolve easily, which matters since I struggle with big pills, and the combo of K2 and D3 actually makes me feel like the calcium is going where it should. Three weeks in and my morning joint stiffness has noticeably eased up.
