My skin and cycle have been noticeably calmer since I started taking these with dinner, and the softgels are easy to swallow despite their size. The 1300 mg dose feels effective without any stomach upset, which I've had with other oils before.
The 1300 mg dose is solid and the softgels are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste at all. I've been taking one daily for about six weeks and my cycle-related mood swings feel way less intense than before. Definitely sticking with this one.
My skin has been noticeably calmer since I started these—the 1300 mg dose is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate. The GLA really seems to be doing its job for my monthly cycle.
