The increase in nitric oxide support is exactly what my workouts needed—pumps feel fuller and recovery between sets is noticeably quicker. I take it about 30 minutes before training and the effect kicks in smoothly without any jitter. Solid addition to my pre-workout stack.
I've been cycling this between my leg days and it definitely helps with that mind-muscle connection during heavy sets. The capsules are easy to swallow and I notice the pump factor within 20 minutes of taking it. Just wish the bottle came with more than 90 servings for the price.
Noticed better vascularity and a real pump during lifting about two weeks in, and my recovery between sets feels noticeably quicker. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste, which is a bonus for me.
