Olympian Labs Lutein cung cấp một loại carotenoid tự nhiên đóng vai trò quan trọng đối với sức khỏe của mắt. Lutein tập trung ở điểm vàng, phần của mắt chịu trách nhiệm cho việc nhìn rõ và phân biệt màu sắc. Vì mức lutein tự nhiên của cơ thể có thể giảm theo tuổi tác hoặc do chế độ ăn uống không đủ, việc bổ sung giúp hỗ trợ chức năng thị giác lâu dài và duy trì sự toàn vẹn của mắt. SKU: 110000386
My optometrist mentioned lutein for macular support, and this carotenoid supplement is an easy way to get it daily. I notice the focus on color and sharpness in my vision feels a bit more reliable during long reading sessions.
I’ve been taking these for about three months now, and while I can’t measure my macula, my screen-time eye strain feels noticeably less sharp at the end of the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste, which is more than I can say for other supplements I’ve tried.
My optometrist mentioned lutein supports the macula, and this one’s been easy to swallow daily. Three weeks in, I notice my eyes feel less strained after long screen sessions, and the color contrast when driving at dusk seems crisper.
