My skin and hair have honestly felt noticeably smoother since I started taking these, and I love that I'm getting both tocopherols and tocotrienols in one capsule. It's a simple addition to my morning routine that I don't have to think twice about.

The eight tocopherols and tocotrienols in this blend are exactly what I was hunting for—most capsules only have alpha-tocopherol. My skin’s been less dry since I swapped to this full-spectrum version, and it’s easy to swallow.

The capsule’s a bit large, but the full-spectrum blend of tocopherols and tocotrienols is exactly why I picked this over cheaper options. After a month, my hair feels stronger in the shower, and I like knowing I’m covering both heart and skin with one pill.
