My energy levels have been noticeably steadier during afternoon workouts since I started taking these, and the glucose metabolism support is exactly what I was after. The capsules are easy to swallow, and a bottle this size lasts me over two months without needing to reorder.

The 250-capsule bottle is a solid value for daily use, and I appreciate that my post-meal energy feels more stable without the mid-afternoon crash. It’s been about two weeks, and my glucose readings are noticeably smoother, which is exactly why I picked this up.

Three weeks in and I've noticed steadier energy through my afternoon workouts, plus my fasting glucose readings have dropped a few points. The capsules are easy to swallow and the 250-count bottle means I won't need to reorder for months.
