Feeling steadier through my workouts lately, and my morning glucose readings are more level than they’ve been in months. These 100 capsules are easy to swallow and last a good while, so the endurance boost is a real keeper.

Three weeks in and my post-lunch energy crash is basically gone, plus my fasting glucose readings have dropped a few points. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, even taking them on an empty stomach before workouts.

I’ve been taking one capsule with breakfast for two weeks and my post-meal energy feels steadier, which tracks with the glucose metabolism support. The 100-capsule count is perfect for a solid two-month supply, and I like that it’s straightforward and easy to swallow.
