กระดูกอ่อนปลาฉลาม

Three weeks in and I'm already noticing my knees feel more solid when I get up from my desk in the morning. The combination of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate is exactly what my joints needed, and the capsules are easy to swallow. No complaints so far.

My hips used to ache after long walks but now the stiffness fades much faster. The combo of glucosamine and chondroitin in one capsule makes it easy to keep up with daily joint support.

Took these for a few weeks and noticed the stiffness in my knuckles easing up during morning typing sessions. The collagen and chondroitin combo seems to be doing its job without any weird aftertaste.
