I usually wake up at 3 a.m. and stare at the ceiling for an hour, but last night I slept straight through until my alarm—first time in months. The capsule is small and easy to swallow, and the effect kicks in gently, not like a heavy sedative.

I’ve been taking these about 30 minutes before bed and the difference is noticeable—I actually stay asleep through the night now instead of waking up at 3 a.m. The two-pill routine is simple enough that I don’t forget it, and mornings feel less like a fog.

The two-pill dose with dinner has kept me asleep through the night for two weeks straight—I actually wake up before my alarm now, not groggy. It took about three nights to feel the full effect, but the difference is night and day.
