The bottle’s been on my counter for a month now, and I’m noticing my jeans fit a bit looser around the waist without changing my workouts. The softgels are small enough to swallow with just water, no aftertaste, which is a huge plus for me.

Three weeks in and the softgels are easy to swallow, plus the fatty-acid formula hasn’t upset my stomach once. I’ve paired it with my usual workouts and can already tell my midsection feels tighter, which is exactly the kind of support I was hoping for.

I’ve been taking it with breakfast for about six weeks now, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste. Can’t say the scale moved dramatically, but my waist measurement is down and I feel like my body is firmer overall.
