Three weeks in and my energy levels feel steadier through the afternoon, which is exactly what I hoped for from the 50 mg dose. The capsules go down easy and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset, so this is becoming a solid part of my morning routine.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after a month of taking the 50 mg capsule each morning, the afternoon slump I used to hit just isn't there anymore, which is exactly the kind of steady energy I was hoping for. It's a small, easy-to-swallow pill and fits right into my routine.

Six weeks in and my energy feels steadier through the day, not buzzy, just more like my old self. The 50 mg dose is easy to split if I want less, and the capsules go down without any aftertaste.
