อักมาตีนซัลเฟต

Three weeks in and my recovery time between sets feels noticeably shorter, which is exactly what I hoped for when I picked this up. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach issues, even on an empty stomach before lifting.

Took these for about three weeks before I noticed the recovery difference, but now my post-lift soreness is noticeably lighter and I'm getting through extra reps on leg day. No weird side effects, and the capsules are easy to split if you want a smaller dose.

The nitrate oxide boost is subtle but real—I feel that extra pump in my shoulders by the second set, and recovery between rounds feels tighter. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste.
