I've been taking one capsule with dinner for about three weeks now, and my afternoon cravings are noticeably quieter. The plant-derived amino acid angle was a big draw for me, and it seems to be working without any weird side effects.

Sleep has always been my weak spot, but these capsules taken about an hour before bed have made falling asleep feel natural again, and I wake up without that groggy drag. The plant-derived amino acid angle was what sold me, and it’s clearly doing its job on my mood too.

Three weeks in and I’m sleeping deeper than I have in months, plus my afternoon snack cravings are basically gone. The plant-derived amino acid angle is what convinced me to try it, and it’s clearly doing its job for my mood and appetite.
