My joints don't ache in the morning anymore after taking these with breakfast, and the fact that they include astaxanthin for extra antioxidant support was a big selling point for me. Three weeks in and I feel noticeably better.
My knees have been noticeably less cranky on stairs since starting these, and I like that the astaxanthin gives me the antioxidant boost alongside the omega-3s. The softgels are easy to fit into my morning routine, and I haven't had any fishy aftertaste at all.
The small softgels go down easy and I’ve noticed my joints don’t ache as much by the end of the day, plus the added astaxanthin gives me peace of mind about antioxidants. Two weeks in and I’m sticking with this routine.
