Olympian Labs A‑AKG (Arginine Alpha‑Ketoglutarate) is a pre‑workout amino acid complex designed to support energy production and muscle performance. A‑AKG helps increase nitric oxide activity, promoting stronger muscle pump and improved blood flow during training. It also plays a role in processing ammonia created during strenuous exercise, helping the body generate glutamine to support recovery.

Timothy ★★★★★

Been taking this about three weeks now, and the nitric oxide boost is real—my endurance in the gym has noticeably improved without any jitters or crash. The powder dissolves cleanly in water, which I appreciate since I hate gritty pre-workouts.

Isabella ★★★★★

The pumps are noticeably fuller when I take this before lifting, and my stamina holds up through the last set without that crash. I’ve noticed the nitric oxide boost kicks in about 20 minutes in, which is perfect timing for my warm-up. My recovery feels quicker too, so I’m sticking with this cycle.

Carter ★★★★★

I’ve been cycling this pre-workout for three weeks now, and the nitric oxide boost is noticeable—my pumps feel fuller during lifting sessions. It dissolves with just a quick stir, no clumpy residue at the bottom of my shaker.
