Luteina

My optometrist mentioned lutein for macular support, and this carotenoid supplement is an easy way to get it daily. I notice the focus on color and sharpness in my vision feels a bit more reliable during long reading sessions.

I’ve been taking these for about three months now, and while I can’t measure my macula, my screen-time eye strain feels noticeably less sharp at the end of the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste, which is more than I can say for other supplements I’ve tried.

My optometrist mentioned lutein supports the macula, and this one’s been easy to swallow daily. Three weeks in, I notice my eyes feel less strained after long screen sessions, and the color contrast when driving at dusk seems crisper.
