I've been adding this to my morning smoothies for a few weeks now, and the omega-3 content is exactly why I picked it. The oil pours smoothly and doesn't have that fishy aftertaste I worried about with a plant-based option. My joints feel a bit less creaky, which is a nice bonus.
The pump dispenser makes it easy to get exactly a teaspoon into my salad dressing without any mess, and I’ve noticed my skin feels less dry since I started taking it daily. That ALA content is the main reason I picked this bottle over cheaper options.
My morning smoothie has never tasted better since I switched to this plant-based oil for my omega fix. The softgel capsules are surprisingly easy to take with breakfast, and I feel good knowing I’m getting a solid dose of ALA from a natural source.
