멜라토닌

Fell asleep about 20 minutes after taking it, and for the first time in weeks I didn't toss and turn at 3 a.m. Woke up feeling genuinely rested, not drugged. That natural rhythm reset is real.

I’ve been waking up without that groggy, mid-night tug-of-war feeling, and my body clock finally feels reset after just a few nights. The fact that it works with my natural rhythm, not against it, makes all the difference for my evening wind-down.

Fell asleep faster than I have in months, and woke up feeling like my body actually went through the repair cycle it's supposed to. The timing feels gentle too, not like I'm knocked out, just naturally drifting off. That reset in the morning is real.
