Three weeks in and I’m sleeping deeper than I have in months, plus my afternoon snack cravings are basically gone. The plant-derived amino acid angle is what convinced me to try it, and it’s clearly doing its job for my mood and appetite.
The capsules are easy to swallow and I take one before bed as directed, but after a month I can't say my mood or sleep has changed much. It might work for others, but for me the effect is pretty subtle.
