The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve noticed my skin feels plumper after about three weeks of daily use, which is a nice bonus since I mostly bought it for my stiff joints. It’s a solid, no-fuss supplement that does what it says.
My knees don’t creak when I stand up from my desk anymore, and that’s after just a few weeks of taking one capsule each morning. The fact that it’s a naturally occurring carbohydrate in cartilage made me trust it for my joints more than the synthetic stuff I’ve tried before.
Three weeks in and I've noticed my hands don't feel as stiff when I wake up, which is why I grabbed this in the first place. The capsule is easy to swallow and I like that it's a naturally occurring carbohydrate, not some lab-built compound.
