The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave that fishy aftertaste I’ve dealt with before, which is a huge win for a plant-based oil. I’ve been taking one with breakfast for a couple weeks and my skin feels noticeably less dry.
The oil is a bit nuttier tasting than I expected, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Been taking a spoonful daily for the omega-3s and it’s easy to mix into my smoothies.
