After a heavy protein shake I'd normally feel sluggish, but with these capsules the meal sits much lighter and I don't get that weighed-down feeling. The protease really seems to do its job, and I've noticed less discomfort overall since starting them.

The bloat I used to get after eating steak is basically gone now—I can feel the protease actually doing its work during digestion. Picked these up hoping for smoother meals, and that's exactly what I got without any stomach upset.

Took these with a heavy protein dinner and didn’t feel that usual bloated heaviness afterward, which is exactly what I wanted from the protease in the blend. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed less sluggishness after meals overall.
