I've been taking one capsule with breakfast for about six weeks now, and my mid-afternoon energy crashes have noticeably leveled off. The Chromax form is supposed to absorb better than regular chromium, and at 200 mcg it's an easy daily addition to my supplement routine.

The chromium picolinate part is what I was after for my carb-heavy meals, and the Chromax form makes me feel like I'm actually absorbing it rather than just flushing it out. I've been taking one with breakfast for three weeks now and my afternoon energy crashes are noticeably less dramatic.

I’ve been taking one capsule with breakfast for a month now, and my afternoon energy crashes have noticeably leveled off. The bioavailable chromium complex is easy on my stomach, which was my main worry with supplements.
