My nail technician actually asked if I'd started taking something, and the difference in my hair's texture is noticeable too, especially around the roots. The high-potency dose is easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach issues, which was my main worry.
Three months in and my nails are finally growing without peeling at the ends, which has never happened before. The 5000 mcg dose is easy to swallow and I’ve had zero stomach upset. Worth it just for that.
My skin's been looking noticeably clearer since I started taking these with breakfast, and the tablets are tiny enough to swallow without any trouble. Two months in, even my hairdresser asked what changed, so the biotin's clearly doing its job on the cellular energy front.
