Started taking these after a bad bout of winter colds and I've noticed a real difference in how often I get sick this season. The hexose molecules were the selling point for me, and the capsules are small enough to swallow without any weird aftertaste.

The capsules are easy on my stomach and I feel a bit more steady energy through the day, which is what I hoped for from a mushroom-based immune support. The only reason it’s not five stars is I can’t tell if it’s doing much beyond my usual multivitamin routine.
