The mix of five collagen types covers all bases for my skin and joints, and I’ve noticed my knees feel less creaky during my morning runs after about three weeks. The grass-fed bovine source gives me peace of mind, and the powder dissolves cleanly in my coffee without any weird aftertaste.
I was skeptical about multi-collagen blends, but the inclusion of five different types from grass-fed sources made this an easy daily choice. Six weeks in, my skin on my hands and face looks noticeably more plump, and the capsules don't repeat on me like some powders do.
My knees stopped clicking when I go up the stairs, and the five collagen types from grass-fed bovine and chicken make me feel like I'm covering all the bases. Noticed firmer skin around my jawline around week three, which I wasn't expecting from just a supplement.
