I’ve been taking these for about a month now and my sinuses feel noticeably clearer during allergy season, which I wasn’t expecting from just a bioflavonoid. The capsules are small enough that I don’t dread the morning dose, and the plant-derived formula gives me a little extra peace of mind.

These capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate with daily supplements. My allergies have felt noticeably more manageable since adding this bioflavonoid to my morning routine.

I've been taking these with breakfast for about three weeks now, and I appreciate that the plant-based quercetin feels gentler on my stomach than some synthetic supplements I've tried. It's become a steady part of my morning routine for that extra antioxidant support.
