Brian ★★★★★

The three-capsule serving gives me 1800mg of EPA/DHA from sardines and anchovies, which I appreciate since I’m trying to lower my triglycerides without eating fish daily. It’s been about six weeks and my morning joint stiffness isn’t as noticeable.

Abigail ★★★★★

I’ve been taking fish oil for years and this one’s from cold-water anchovies and sardines, so you know the EPA/DHA is legit. No fishy burps after meals, which is a huge win for me.

Eva Z. ★★★★★

The capsules are impressively small for a high-strength fish oil, so no fishy burps even on an empty stomach. I've been taking them for a month and my joints feel noticeably less stiff in the morning.
