Woke up with less stiffness in my knees after about three weeks on this, and I appreciate that it’s not just calcium—the magnesium and trace minerals from the fossilized source make it feel more complete. The capsules are easy to swallow, which matters to me.
My last batch of capsules is noticeably cleaner than other calcium supplements I've tried—no chalky aftertaste in the mornings. The fact that it's sourced from fossilized coral and includes magnesium plus trace minerals is exactly what I was hoping for in a daily mineral boost.
