It’s only been a week of taking these daily, but my sinuses feel noticeably less congested during my morning runs. The pantothenic acid and echinacea blend is doing its job without any jitters.

The echinacea plus vitamin C combo is exactly what my sinuses needed when pollen counts spiked last month. I take one capsule each morning and my breathing stays clear even on days I'm out in the yard all afternoon.

These capsules have gotten me through the worst of ragweed season without the usual sinus pressure. Noticed the echinacea and vitamin C combo right away, and I'm breathing noticeably clearer within a week of taking them daily.
