No fillers is exactly what I was looking for, and the capsule itself is small enough to swallow without a struggle. I've been taking it with breakfast for three weeks now, and the Bioperine absorption feature gives me confidence that I'm actually getting the benefits this time.
The Bioperine is the reason I picked this over cheaper options, and it's clearly doing its job since I feel the effects without any stomach upset. Two capsules a day with breakfast is an easy habit, and the fact there are no fillers makes me trust what's actually in each dose.
Three weeks in and I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which is a nice change. The Bioperine in the formula definitely seems to make a difference, since I don’t get that heavy feeling after swallowing the capsule. No fillers means it’s easy on my stomach too.
