Complete Pre & Probiotic (25 Billion CFU)

I usually forget to take supplements, but this one’s easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach like others have. The 25 billion CFU count felt solid for daily support, and my digestion has been noticeably steadier over the past month.

Three weeks in and my bloating has noticeably settled, which is exactly what I was hoping for when I picked this up. The 25 billion CFU count feels substantial, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste.

I’ve been taking these for three weeks now and the difference in my digestion is noticeable, no more bloating after heavy meals. The 25 billion CFU is potent enough that I only need one capsule a day, which makes it easy to stay consistent.
